Understand your partner’s vision of what love is

It’s easy enough to blame the partner who is having multiple concurrent partnerships by saying “she didn’t love me” or “he lied to me when he said he loved me.”

However, sometimes the cheating partner believes that he/she loves his steady partner. Their interpretation of what this love means in your just happens to be very different from that of their steady partner.

It is therefore important for you to understand that when your partner says “I love you,”  it also means “I will be faithful to you” or whether it means “I  want to spend the rest of my life with you, but I will occassionally have other sexual relationships.”

Here is a short quiz that will help you to compare your views of what love is with your partner’s views. We hope that the quiz will help you to gain some clarity on what your relationship means to both of you.

1. Download and print the quiz in the Word Document linked below
