Married couples represent the largest risk group in Africa and the majority of HIV infections in Africa are acquired from a spouse, National AIDS Council (NAC) public relations officer Justin Mwiinga has observed, says The Post Newspapers Zambia. Mwiinga said the high rate of HIV infections has seen a reduction in commercial sex workers.
