Check out Ana’s blog, where she gives a no-holds barred account of her polygamous marriage. The blog is called Polygamy411.
Ana says her blog helps her to work through issues that come up in her marriage. Blogging for her is therefore some form of therapy. She says:
As opposed to going to see a therapist, and having group counseling, my therapy is conducted on the blog. I talk with people on the blog who have similar problems living polygamy or those who have an interest in polygamy and want to learn about it or talk about it. I relieve my distress about polygamy by writing about it and talking to others who care about it. I write and talk to others who are in a similar state of distress, or have been there with polygamy. Talking with people helps me to identify my feelings and way of thinking, which helps me better cope with polygamy. Polygamy has been difficult for me.
If you are in a polygamous relationship and face many challenges, check out Ana’s blog, and interact with her and her readers to share knowledge that can help you deal with your situation better.
But, as Ana puts it, “blogging about polygamy as a substitute for professional psychotherapy for those who believe they need it, by no means. Blogging is not a substitute for medical treatment for those in need. “

I was just introduced and now committed in a polygamy relationship this year. At first it was insanely crazy and I had to remove myself for 2 months and came back with a new perspective and respect for it.
