Well-known South African actor, Jamie Bartlett recently wentto Nambia for a three-day training session with Namibian actors. The actors participated in Desert Soul’s next short film, which is written and directed by Vickson Hangula and, is part of a series of love stories, which will be produced in ten southern African countries, reports The Namibian Weekender and Namibia Economist.
Each of the films aims to create awareness about the increased risk of HIV infection from multiple sexual relationships. The film is part of the One Love Campaign.
Desert Soul Health and Development Communication is the regional partner for the One Love campaign in Namibia. The NGO is also planning some activities together with the Take Control working group for Multiple and Concurrent Partnerships.
