Don’t miss the brand new series of the innovative prime-time TV drama Soul City, which premiers on SABC1 today at 20h30.
Soul City series 9 sees the return of familiar faces to the Soul City TV series, in James Ngcobo as Tefo and David Dennis as Sol.
It also introduces new acting talent, such as Mbali Mlotshwa and musician Mxolisi ‘Zulu Boy’ Majozi. Mbali plays the role of Lulu and and Zulu Boy plays Zakes.
The 13-episode Soul City TV series encourages people to look at the way they live their lives. In the first episode, we are introduced to husband and wife, Zimele and Lebo Moloi.
The couple own and run a local supermarket in Soul City. On the surface, Zimele looks like a loving family man. But he has a has a number of secrets.
Soul City series 9 is an important part of the South African leg of the OneLove Campaign. The campaign encourages people to have only one love.
